Hi, I’m Anna.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s emotional ups and downs.
Originally trained in Germany as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I bring over a decade of experience helping young people find their voice, build resilience, and feel more at ease in their relationships and daily life.
Today, I practice in Garden Grove, Orange County, combining my European training with a warm, creative, and collaborative approach tailored to each individual and family.
I believe therapy is most effective when it’s rooted in trust, playfulness, and partnership. For children and teens, that often means using art, imagery, or play to help them express what words can’t.
For young adults, therapy becomes a space to understand themselves more deeply, heal past wounds, and feel more confident moving forward.
And for parents—I’m here to walk alongside you, offering insight, tools, and support as you help your child grow.
